The AD623 is an integrated, single power or dual power instrument amplifier that provides rail to rail output swing using a supply voltage of 3V to 12V. The AD623 provides superior user flexibility by allowing single gain setting resistor programming and complying with the 8-Lead industry standard output configuration. In the absence of an external resistance, the AD623 is configured as a uniform gain (g = 1), and through the external resistance, the AD623 can be programmed to a gain of up to 1000.
The superior accuracy of the AD623 is due to the fact that the increase of the AC common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is consistent with the increase of the gain; Line noise harmonics are rejected due to constant CMRR up to 200 Hz. AD623 has a wide input common mode range and can amplify signals with a common mode voltage as low as 150 MV underground. The AD623 maintains superior performance through bipolar and unipolar power supplies.
