DS90UB954-Q1 is a multi-functional dual channel deserializer hub, which can receive serial sensor data from one or two independent sources through FPD-Link III interface. When used with DS90UB953-Q1 serializer, DS90UB954-Q1 receives data from imager, supports 2MP/60fps and 4MP/30fps cameras, satellite radar and other sensors (such as ToF and laser radar). The received data will be aggregated to the output that complies with MIPI CSI-2 standard and is interconnected with the downstream processor.
For sensors equipped with DS90UB933-Q1 and DS90UB913A-Q1 serializers, DS90UB954-Q1 operates from one or two sensors

100 Ω differential STP cable receives data. The deserializer hub is ideal for coaxial cable powered applications, and the receive equalizer automatically adapts to compensate
Cable loss characteristics (without additional programming), including cable aging over time.
Each FPD-Link III interface includes a separate low delay bidirectional control channel (BCC), which can continuously transmit I2C, GPIO and other control information. The GPIO signals used for sensor synchronization and diagnostic features also use BCCs.
