The AD7663 is a 16 bit, 250 kSPS, charge redistribution SAR, analog to digital converter that operates from a 5V power supply. It includes a high-speed 16 bit sampling ADC, a resistive input expander that allows a variety of input ranges, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and serial and parallel system interface ports.
The AD7663 is factory calibrated and has been comprehensively tested. In addition to the more traditional gain, offset and linearity, it also ensures the signal to noise ratio, SNR, total harmonic distortion (THD) and other AC parameters. It adopts the high performance of analog devices, and is manufactured with 0.6 μ m CMOS process. It can use 48 lead LQFP and micro 48 lead LFCSP, and its operating range is from - 40 ° C to+85 ° C.
