LT ® The 1963 series is a low dropout regulator optimized for fast transient response. This device can provide an output voltage of 340 mV for an output current of 1.5A. The working static current is 1 mA, which drops to<1 µ A during shutdown. The static current is well controlled; It will not rise like many other regulatory agencies. In addition to fast transient response, LT1963 regulators have very low output noise, making them ideal for sensitive RF supply applications.
The output voltage range is 1.21V-20V. The LT1963 regulator is stable, with an output capacitor as low as 10 µ F. The internal protection circuit includes reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting, and reverse current protection. This device can be used at fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, and can be used as an adjustable device with a reference voltage of 1.21V. The LT1963 regulator has a 5-lead TO-220, DD, 3-lead SOT-223, 8-lead SO, and exposed Pad16 lead TSSOP package.
