The STM32F427xx and STM32F429xx devices are based on high-performance ARM ® Cortex ®- M4 32-bit RISC core, operating at a frequency of up to 180 MHz. The Cortex-M4 kernel comes with a single precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all ARMs ® single
Precision data processing instructions and data types. It also has a set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve application security.
The STM32F427xx and STM32F429xx devices integrate high-speed embedded memory (with capacities of up to 2M bytes for Flash memory and 256K bytes for SRAM, respectively) and backup SRAM of up to 4K bytes, as well as a large number of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to 2 APB buses, 2 AHB buses, and 1 32-bit multi AHB bus matrix.
All models come with 3 12-bit ADCs, 2 DACs, 1 low-power RTC, 12 universal 16-bit timers (including 2 PWM timers for motor control), and 2 universal 32-bit timers. They also come with standard and advanced communication interfaces.

The operating temperature range of STM32F427xx and STM32F429xx devices is -40~+105 ° C, and the power supply voltage range is 1.7~3.6 V.
If an external power supply monitor is used, the power supply voltage can be as low as 1.7 V (please refer to Chapter 3.17.2: Internal Reset OFF).
