ADuM1300/AduM13011 is based on a simulation equipment company, based on ® A three channel digital isolator for technology. By combining high-speed CMOS and single-chip transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to alternative solutions such as optocouplers.
By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, the i-coupler device eliminates the design difficulties typically associated with optocouplers. By using a simple iCoupler digital interface and stable performance characteristics, typical issues related to uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, temperature, and lifetime effects have been eliminated. These iCoupler products eliminate the need for external drivers and other discrete components. In addition, at a considerable signal data rate, optocoupler devices consume one tenth to one sixth of the optocoupler power.
The ADuM1300/AduM1301 isolator provides three independent isolation channels in various channel configurations and data rates (see ordering guide). Both models have power supply voltages ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems and achieving voltage conversion across isolation barriers. In addition, ADuM1300/AduM1301 provides low pulse width distortion ( Unlike other optocouplers, the ADuM1300/AduM1301 isolator has a patented refresh function that ensures DC correctness without input logic conversion and power supply.
