describe
AD7276/AD7277/AD7278 are 12/10/8-bit, high-speed, low-power, and continuous approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), respectively. These components can operate from a power supply of 2.35 V to 3.6 V, with a throughput of up to 3 MSPS. These components include a low noise, broadband tracking and holding amplifier that can handle input frequencies exceeding 55 MHz.
The conversion process and data collection are controlled using CS and serial clocks, allowing devices to interface with microprocessors or DSP. The input signal is sampled on the descending edge of CS, and conversion begins at this point. There is no pipeline delay associated with this component.
AD7276/AD7277/AD7278 utilizes advanced design techniques to achieve very low power consumption at high throughput rates. The reference material for this part comes from the internal data of VDD. This allows for the widest dynamic input range for the ADC; Therefore, the simulation input range of the part is from 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by SCLK.
