Drv10866 is a three-phase sensorless motor driver with integrated power MOSFET with drive current, with peak power up to 680 ma.
Drv10866 is designed for low noise and low external noise component counting fan motor drive applications. Drv10866 has built-in overcurrent protection and does not require external current sensing resistors. This synchronous rectification mode of operation improves the efficiency of motor driver applications. Drv10866 output FG or ½ FG to indicate the motor speed with open drain output. A 150 ° adopts the back EMF control scheme without position sensor to control the motor and three-phase motor.
