Tps2595xx series electronic fuse (integrated FET hot plug device) is a solution for the protection and power management of highly integrated circuits in small packages.
These devices require only a few external components to provide a variety of protection modes, which can effectively resist overload, short circuit, voltage surge and excessive surge current. The output current limit level can be set by a single external resistor.
