Spartan ®- 7fpgas has speed levels of -2, -1 and -1l, of which -2 has the highest performance. Sparta-7fpga mainly works under the core voltage of 1.0V- 1L equipment has a lower maximum static power, and can work under a lower core voltage and a lower dynamic power- 1L equipment can only operate under the condition of vccint=vccbram=0.95v, and has the same speed specification as -1 speed class.
Sparta-7fpga DC and AC characteristics are specified in the commercial (c), industrial (I) and extended (q) temperature ranges. All DC and AC electrical parameters for a specific speed class are the same (i.e., -1q extended speed class devices have the same timing characteristics as -1c commercial speed class devices) unless the operating temperature range or otherwise specified. However, within each temperature range, only the selected speed class and / or equipment is available. For example, the -1l speed class is only available in the industrial (I) temperature range.
All power supply voltage and junction temperature specifications represent the worst case. The included parameters are common to common designs and typical applications.
