This 8-bit in-phase converter uses two separate configurable power rails. Port a is designed to track vcca. Vcca supports any power supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track the vccb. Vccb supports any power supply voltage from 1.65v to 5.5V.
This allows the device to perform general low-voltage bidirectional conversion between 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V voltage nodes. Vcca should not exceed vccb. When the output enable (OE) input is low, all outputs are placed in the high resistance state.
Txb0108 is designed to supply power to OE input circuit through vcca.
The device fully meets the specification requirements of partial power-off applications using ioff. The ioff circuit disables the output, which prevents destructive current from flowing back from the device when it is powered off. In order to ensure high resistance during power on or power off, OE shall be connected to GND through pull-down resistor; The minimum value of this resistor depends on the pull current capability of the driver.
