Ir2136x (j&s) is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT Driver with three independent high and low side reference output channels for three-phase applications. The proprietary HVIC technology makes the solid monolithic structure possible. The logic input is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL output, up to 3.3V logic. The current trip function that terminates all six outputs can be derived from an external current sensing resistor. There is an enable function that can terminate all six outputs at the same time. The open drain fault signal indicates an overcurrent or undervoltage shutdown.
After external programming through the RC network connected to the RCIN input, the overcurrent fault condition is automatically cleared. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage, which is designed to minimize driver cross conduction. Match the propagation delay to simplify use in high frequency applications. Floating channel can be used to drive n-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in high side configuration, running up to 600V.
