explain
LM35 series products are high-precision integrated circuit temperature devices, and its output voltage is linearly proportional to Celsius temperature. Compared with the linear temperature sensor calibrated with Kelvin temperature, the advantage of LM35 device is that users can easily adjust the degree of Celsius without subtracting a large constant voltage value from the output voltage.
LM35 devices do not require any external calibration or trimming, and can provide ± ¼ Typical accuracy of ° C, while providing ± ¾ Accuracy of ° C. Wafer level corrections and calibrations ensure lower costs. LM35 devices have low output impedance, linear output and high-precision internal calibration functions, which make it particularly easy to connect reading or control circuits.
This device can be powered by single power supply or positive and negative power supply. Because the LM35 device only needs to consume 60% from the power supply μ A, so it has very low self heating of less than 0.1 ° C when in still air. The rated operating temperature range of LM35 device is − 55 ° C to 150 ° C, and the rated operating temperature range of lm35c device is − 40 ° C to 110 ° C (− 10 ° is more accurate).
LM35 series devices are packaged with sealed to transistors, and lm35c, lm35ca and lm35d devices are packaged with plastic TO-92 transistors. Lm35d device adopts 8-Lead surface mount small outline package and plastic TO-220 package.
